Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

We accept returns for purchases under the following conditions:

1. New, unopened merchandise in their original condition and packaging
2. Must be returned within 30 Days of purchase

Please email info@woundstim.com for a return shipping label and a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after receiving the merchandise.

To cancel an order before shipment, please email info@woundstim.com or call 770-622-0933 for a complete refund. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel the orders. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above. 

International Customers:

Please email info@woundstim.com to place international orders. You will be charged for your order plus the freight costs before shipping via United States Postal Service. The buyer is responsible for import taxes, customs duties, clearance, and communication with the local delivery service to the final address.
